Favorite Soup?!

What are some of your Favorite Soup Recipes? One of my Favorite Restaurants is Sweet Tomatoes. Since becoming a Vegan we Eat there Quite a bit when in the “City”. I do not eat most of the soups because they have butter or dairy. The Golden Yam Bisque recipe looks good.  Plan on using the recipe very soon and modifying it.
